Our community has a core Downtown business and retail sector that continues to strengthen and helped to intitiate the in progress Downtown Vitalization program. The Devon Industrial Park is home of the Devon Reserach Centre amongst many other industry related leaders in our Region.
Our newest commercial sector is on track to bring in high profile retail and commercial industry. With all this said, Devon is head hunting new commercial-retail sectors to our downtown as well as Southport Common. We have identified lands for future growth in industry, commercial and retail. If you would like to register as a new business in Devon, please complete the application and return it via mail to Town of Devon, 1 Columbia Avenue West, Devon AB T9G 1A1, fax it to 780.987.8316 or come in person Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Licenses that do not need any additional permits or have any special requirements are normally issued within 10 business days.
