The Town of Devon provides Water, Gas, Sewer and Garbage collection to residents. Utility bills are processed monthly based on flat fees and services consumed as determined by meter readings. Bills are normally mailed and emailed between the 10th and 12th of each month. As utilities are billed after consumption, utility bills are due upon receipt. A grace period for payment without penalty is provided based on the date indicated on the bill. Payments can be made online with most financial institutions, through your bank, by mail or in person at the Town office.

Apply for Residential Utility Services - You must be the registered owner of the property to apply for utilities. Owners of rental properties have the option to have an "occupant copy" sent to the property, but the owner is ultimately responsible for the account.

Apply for a Bulk Water Account - The Town of Devon offers Bulk Water Accounts for Bulk Water users using a water tank that holds at least 500 Liters or more. Once application is approved you receive an account number and passcode. Billing is sent out the beginning of each month with a minimum charge of $10.00, if water is used in the month. A coin operated station is available for people with smaller tank, accepting loonies and toonies. The Bulk Water Station is located at 21 Exploration Drive
