Making a Presentation to Council
Delegates (members of the public) are permitted to formally address Council regarding issues during the Scheduled / Unscheduled Delegation portion of the meeting. These presentations are time-limited, and all guests are encouraged to pre-register with the Executive Assistant prior to the meeting and must provide a written submission explaining their addition to the agenda.
