Council Meeting Minutes
Council Meetings are an assembly at which decisions that determine the municipal governing of the town are discussed. This forum adheres to a set outline; this agenda contains a public and confidential session.
Typical topics include departmental monthly reports, project and financial updates, bylaw and policy approvals, and municipal planning issues.
Delegates (members of the public) are permitted to formally address Council regarding issues during the Scheduled / Unscheduled Delegation portion of the meeting. These presentations are time-limited, and guests are encouraged to pre-register with the Executive Assistant prior to the meeting and must provide a written submission explaining their addition to the agenda.
