Finance and Support Services
This Department oversees all financial systems including financial and procurement services, the development of corporate financial processes, policies and procedures and setting of financial management standards in order to be fiscally responsible with public funds and to minimize the Town's exposure to financial risk. As well as manage the Town's banking, operating and capital budget, capital asset and debenture system, accounts for the Town's cash investments, monitors loans and handle grant administration.
