The administrative services of the department are located at 1 Columbia Avenue West, Devon, Alberta. All planning and development services, departmental administrative services, mapping and engineering records, statutory plan maintenance (municipal development plan, land use plans), land file database maintenance, legal plans, subdivision design and construction standards, bylaws and policies as well as builder, developer and customer inquiries are accommodated at this location. All service requests can be accommodated by e-mail, mail or fax. The services and products of this department (bylaws, maps, policies, standards, application forms) are all available electronically.
