Devon's Corporate Business Plan details the community's municipal purpose. It provides a statement of mission vision and values. With the changes to the community over the years, and the current challenges facing the town, the need to plan ahead and be prepared for changing circumstances and provide effective and efficient municipal services is acknowledged by council and administration. This business plan is intended to be a document that provides guidance for council and administration in their efforts look ahead beyond the immediate day to day activities and steer or direct the town’s future.
