Important Booking Information

Use this calendar to see if the date you require is available. Once you have decided and would like to go ahead and BOOK the venue please use our online reservation request form (see menu left for link).

It is important that you have read the Terms and Conditions and fees, please see the menu left for information and use the online reservation request.

When submitting a reservation request, if you do not get a response within one week please follow up by calling 780.987.8300.

Reservations are not confirmed until a contract has been issued and payment of the 50% reservation deposit and damage deposit has been received.

For identifying purposes your community organization and / or last name (for private bookings) will be entered on the calendar. If you OBJECT you may request that it be withheld.

Please note: This calendar is updated on a regular basis but it may not always reflect the entirety of the bookings if your date is not available you will be notified.
