We appreciate the time you are taking to explore our community via our website.  Our small but mighty community is located a relaxing 20 minutes southwest of the City of Edmonton. We are surrounded by the beauty of the North Saskatchewan River Valley. Devon is the hub for tourism activity in our Region being that we have many tourism related activites located within 10 minutes of our Town. You heard it right, we are best known for our amazing Lion's Campground nestled in the quiet river valley, as well as our full service access to the river via Voyageur Park. We also are just 5 minutes from the Canadian Petroleum Discovery Centre where oil was discovered some 60 Years ago. The Devonian Botanic Gardens is a easy ten minute drive north of Devon with over 80 acres of garden varieties. So, as you see, we offer a full program of options for our visitors.
