Brings your lady friends and relatives to our first Women's Winterfest! Activities include: Refreshments and desserts Fashion show Mini-market (includes Christmas items) - local vendors and artists Craft demonstration (Christmas arrangement by Annalies Bronder) Inspirational speaker Guest speaker: Jennifer Mitchell will share her story about growing up in Uganda, coming to Canada and her life-transforming experience. She was kidnapped and forced to serve as a child soldier, but she eventually escaped, and lived to tell her story. Now she lives in Spruce Grove with her husband Cameron and their two children.
