• Adult participation is encouraged for younger skaters. CSA approved helmets with cages and hockey gloves are mandatory. CSA approved helmets are mandatory for adults.
• It's an opportunity to practice basic skating, ringette and hockey skills. Chairs, strollers, shoes, and skate aids are not permitted on the ice. Participants are required to bring their own stick and puck. No body-checking, rough play, slap shots, scrimmages, and formal coaching permitted. Maximum 40 skaters on the ice (youth and adults)
