  • For All Non Town of Devon Events Staff Cost Recovery Will Be Implemented Based Upon the Size of the Event
    Less than 60 people 1 staff 5 hours = $200
    61 to 120 people 2 staff 5 hours = $300
    121 to 180 people 3 staff 5 hours = $400
    Over 180 people To Be To Determine by the Town of Devon

     

    Please Note:

    • It is the organizers’ responsibility to supply all required equipment for their event (including signage to identify that an event is taking place & the hours).
       
    • The Town of Devon does not supply any resources not requested prior to the event.
       
    • A damage deposit of $_____will be required within 48 hours of notification of the approval of the BBQ Trailer Application/Event Request Form
       
    • Cancellation of the Community BBQ Trailer once booked must be submitted to the Town of Devon in writing to BBQTrailer@devon.ca no less than 48 hours prior to the schedule event. Failure to provide the notification of the cancellation may result in the damage deposit being forfeited.
    • The Town of Devon does reserve the right to reject, cancel or amend approvals of BBQ use.
