890 Community Events Event date: 5/2/2022 - 5/8/2022 Export event We challenge you 15 minutes a day, for one week (May 2-8) to focus on mental health and wellbeing – something done with intention to make your (or someone else’s) day a little bit better. What that looks like is up to you. Make a phone call, do some breathing exercises, join in one of our many programs, meet someone for coffee, be kind, stop and smell the air on the trails. So many options! See how each little thing really can make a difference. Open to individuals, couples or families. All Devon residents (or those with a child registered in a Devon school) can participate and be entered to win one of three $50 gift cards.
