Leaders in Training Program

What is the Leaders in Training Program?

Are you ready to challenge yourself, build confidence, and make a real impact in your community? The Leaders in Training (LIT) program is a dynamic, hands-on experience for youth ages 11–17 who are eager to grow personally, develop leadership skills, and give back — all while having fun! Built on the HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development, the LIT program provides a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where participants gain the tools and knowledge to support younger children in recreational settings, while nurturing their own leadership, responsibility, and self-confidence.
