Each week features a different interactive workshop covering topics such as: Money and financial basics Cooking and nutrition Communication and social skills Employability and workplace readiness Health, hygiene, and wellbeing Home and vehicle maintenance Healthy relationships Mental health supports and more! Whether you’re learning how to budget, cook a simple meal, or manage stress, Youth Xtra helps you build skills that matter.
