Title: Large Item Pick-Up
Dates: Tuesday, May 19 & Wednesday, May 20, 2026
Time: Set items at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on collection day
Location: Curbside throughout Devon (place items where your waste carts go)
Cost: Free curbside collection (see Depot option below)

Description:
Dispose of bulky household items that don’t fit in your waste cart. Items must be safe to handle and manageable by two people.

Set-out guidelines:

• Place items at the curb by 7:00 a.m.
• Ensure items are stable, dry (if possible), and free of loose debris.
• Keep items clear of vehicles, fences, hydrants, and overhead hazards.
• Two-person lift max—overly large or heavy items may not be collected.

Not accepted:

• Electronics, hazardous waste, appliances with Freon, renovation/construction debris, or anything too large/heavy to lift.

Alternative option — Recycle Depot (May 16–22):

• User fees waived (limit one pick-up truck per day)
• Mon, Fri, Sat: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Wed: 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
