One thing that Judges look at is tidiness of residential, municipal and institutional properties: Grass mowed and shrubs trimmed Weed & litter-free Tidy alleyways Clean sidewalks Take some time each day to pick up litter, pull weeds and sweep sidewalks — you will see a big improvement, not only in the appearance of your individual property, but in Devon as a whole.
