Join St. George's Anglican Church for a Forest Bathing walk on July 23 (rain date July 30) to connect with the natural world.

Forest bathing is a slow, mindful walk through nature that encourages participants to engage their senses, slow down, and reconnect with the natural world. It’s a gentle but powerful practice shown to reduce stress and promote mental clarity and calm.

Date: July 23, 2025

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Location: Gather at the Gazebo in the first parking lot of Voyageur Park.
