Date: Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023 Time: 7 p.m. Place: Town of Devon Office – Council Chambers Bylaw 994/2023 will rescind bylaw 928/2019 and is intended to impose and provide for the payment of a levy to be knows as an offsite levy in respect to land that is to be subdivided or developed in the Town of Devon. See the proposed bylaw here. At the hearing, Council must hear any person, group of persons, or person representing them, who claims to be affected by the proposed bylaw(s) and consider submissions only from those persons, groups of persons, or anyone acting on their behalf. Council may hear any other person who wishes to make representations and whom the Council agrees to hear. The information you provide along with your name and legal address which will be made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
