CARVSS supports people affected by crime or tragedy with crisis response, court support, outreach, and clear information about rights and services. Staff and trained volunteers meet people at difficult moments with trauma‑informed care—offering calm, clarity, and practical next steps so no one has to navigate alone.
Volunteering with CARVSS is deeply meaningful work for people who value compassion, discretion, and community care. Volunteers support individuals affected by crime or trauma through crisis response, court accompaniment, community outreach, and governance. Comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing support are provided, and volunteers are never expected to work alone. This is a powerful opportunity for adults (18+) who want their time to truly matter and who are ready to support others with empathy and professionalism.
