Residents are reminded that property taxes are due by June 30, 2026. To avoid a 6% penalty on unpaid taxes, residents are encouraged to make payments early to ensure processing times are met. If you have not received your property tax notice by the second week of June, please contact the Town Office at 780-987-8300. Payment Options The Town of Devon offers several convenient ways to pay your property taxes: 1. Pay in Person Visit the Town Office at: 1 Columbia Avenue West, Devon, AB 2. Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP) Make equal monthly payments automatically. 3. Electronic / Online Banking Pay through your financial institution. Please note that processing times and cut-off deadlines vary by bank. Residents are encouraged to check with their financial institution to ensure payments are received by the due date. 4. Post-Dated Cheques Drop off post-dated cheques, along with the detachable portion of your tax notice, at Town Office reception. 5.
