Thursday, May 14, 2026 12 Community Events Residents invited to share feedback on community life, services and future priorities The Town of Devon is inviting residents 18 years of age and older to take part in its Community Wellbeing and Social Services Priorities Survey, with the option to enter a draw for a chance to win a $200 gift card. The survey is designed to help the Town better understand what life in Devon is like for residents, including what is working well, what could be improved, and what matters most as the community continues to grow. Resident feedback will help inform future planning for Town programs, services, recreation opportunities, safety initiatives, communication approaches, downtown revitalization, community spaces and future investments. The survey includes questions on several key areas, including: Community life, challenges, and wellbeing Volunteering Communication and information access Parks, trails and recreation spaces Community Conversation: Looking Ahead at Devon’s Public Library A dedicated portion of the survey includes questions to support early planning discussions around the library. A separate session will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, to focus specifically on key elements regarding location and need. Residents are asked to sign up by May 25 at fcss@devon.ca. Survey Details The survey is open to Devon residents and takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes to complete. There will be opportunities to access the survey in person throughout the spring and early summer, as well as paper copies at the Town Office and Library. Residents who complete the full survey will have the option to enter a draw for a $200 gift card at the end. Only one draw entry is permitted per person, and survey responses remain anonymous.
