294 Community Events The Town is asking residents to be prepared for potential impacts of the Canada Post strike which began on Friday, Nov. 15. For the duration of the strike, mail service will be disrupted and will impact the delivery of utility bills by mail. Residents are also asked to refrain from sending anything to the Town of Devon by mail until postal services resume. Residents are reminded that they are responsible for making utility bill payments, or any other payments to the Town, on time. Paperless Billing To assist you in keeping your account(s) in good standing, we encourage you to sign up for paperless billing here! How Can I Pay? In Person During this disruption, you can obtain account balances by calling 780-987-8300 and payments can be made in person during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with cash, debit or cheque. Drop Box You may also drop off your payment in the locked drop box located to the right of the main doors. Online Banking Should you prefer to make online payments, please add the Town of Devon as a payee to your online banking, then select Utilities and enter all the digits of your account number without any decimal point. Credit Card Credit card payments are available through Option Pay here.
