2904 Community Events Residents invited to tune in online to watch meeting Council will be holding its annual Budget Deliberations on Dec. 3 & 4, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to set the direction for Devon's 2022 Capital and Operating Budget. Residents are invited to tune in via Zoom to watch the deliberations as there is very limited capacity in Council Chambers.
