A provincial referendum will take place on Monday, October 19, 2026.
The referendum is being administered by Elections Alberta, not the Town of Devon. The Town is providing the following local voting information to help Devon residents plan to vote.
Dates: October 13–17, 2026 Time: 9 a.m.–8 p.m. each day Location: Pioneer 73 Club
During Advance Voting, eligible electors may vote at any advance voting location within their electoral division. Additional advance voting locations will be available and will be communicated by Elections Alberta.
Date: Monday, October 19, 2026 Time: 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Devon Location: Devon Community Hall
On Referendum Day, electors must vote at their assigned voting location based on their place of ordinary residence.
Elections Alberta will provide additional information about voting locations, voter eligibility, identification requirements, voting by mail and the referendum questions.
Residents are encouraged to confirm their voting location with Elections Alberta before voting.
