Devon FCSS to have activities/events in support of Mental Health Week all week

The Town of Devon is proud to support Canadian Mental Health Week (May 2-8, 2022) with activities & events running in Devon throughout the week.

The evidence that supports the positives of social interaction and participating in even small events on physical and mental health continues to grow and Devon’s FCSS department is continuing to do its part to support these initiatives for the community.

“Something as simple as 15-minutes a day focusing on yourself can make a real difference over time,” said Ki Wilson, FCSS Coordinator for the Town of Devon. “An unexpected smile, wave, phone call or a coffee with someone can change the whole focus of a day. The little things really do matter, and that is what we are hoping to encourage residents of all ages to think about this week.”
