Town Facility & Programs Impacts

The enhanced measures from the Province will have an impact on our Town-run facilities and programs.

All public programs (public skating & shinny) have been cancelled and all bookings have been closed unless an organization has successfully applied for exemption from the province.
  • Devon Community Centre
All bookings at the Devon Community Centre are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.
  • Programs & Events
All in-person Town programs are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.
  • Outdoor Skating Rinks & Gathering Places
All Devon outdoor skating rinks and gathering places (gazebos, playgrounds, skate park) must have no more than 10 people gathered at a time. Signs will be installed as soon as possible in these areas.
  • Devon Community Bus
Devon’s Community Bus will be limited to two passengers at any one time and restricted to Devon only except for appointments in Leduc.

“Now, more than ever, we need to come together to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect our health system,” said Ray Ralph, Mayor for the Town of Devon. “Please, do your part to follow the new enhanced public health measures, wear a face covering when out in public spaces and most of all, be kind to each other.”
