Now Hiring: Town of Devon Summer 2026 Seasonal Opportunities

The Town of Devon is now accepting applications for a variety of seasonal positions for Summer 2026. These roles offer valuable hands-on experience, opportunities to build skills, and the chance to contribute to community services and recreation programs throughout the summer months.

Seasonal Parks Labourers

Full-time positions available include:

  • Seasonal Parks Labourer (up to 9 positions)
  • Seasonal Parks Labourer – Athletic Fields (2 positions)

Closing Date: Sunday, February 15, 2026

Summer Programs Staff

Full-time positions available include:

  • Day Camp Programmer
  • Summer Events Programmer
  • Day Camp Facilitator (up to 2 positions)

Closing Date: Monday, February 9, 2026

Summer Pool Staff

Full-time positions:

  • Pool Manager (Lifeguard Instructor IV)
  • Assistant Pool Manager (Lifeguard Instructor III)

Closing Date: Monday, February 9, 2026

Part-time positions:

  • Lifeguard/Instructor I (11 positions)
  • Lifeguard/Instructor II (9 positions)​​​​​​​

Closing Date: Monday, March 2, 2026

Marketing & Communications Summer Internship

  • Full-time, seasonal position (May–August)

Closing Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026


These positions play an important role in supporting Town programs, maintaining our green spaces, and helping ensure safe, engaging recreation opportunities for residents and visitors.
