Devon Transit Introduces New Schedule and Free Ride Period

New schedule goes into effect Jan. 19 with 3-week ride for free trial

The Town of Devon is introducing an updated Devon Transit schedule beginning January 19, 2026, along with an opportunity to ride for free between January 19 and February 13.

The new schedule was created in response to resident and user feedback and will provide expanded recreational opportunities, and improved access to shopping, errands, and social activities in Devon and Leduc. During the ride free trial period, residents are encouraged to try Devon Transit at no cost.

New Devon Transit Weekly Schedule (Effective January 19)

Monday – Leduc
Depart Devon: 9:30 a.m. | Return: 2:30 p.m.
Shopping, errands, and social time

Tuesday – Devon
Bus available from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Shopping, errands, and social outings

Wednesday – Devon & Leduc
Devon: 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Indoor walking and library visits

Leduc: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Leduc Recreation Centre – swim or gym
Swim time: 12:15 – 1:00 p.m.

Thursday – Devon
Bus available from 12:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Shopping, errands, and social outings

Ride Free Trial: January 19 – February 13

All Devon Transit rides will be free of charge during the trial period and residents are encouraged to take advantage of the free trial, explore the new schedule, and provide feedback to help shape the future of Devon Transit service.
