1584 Community Events Parkwood Master Builders & Billing Homes selected as award recipients Earlier this spring, the Town hosted a Spring Clean-Up Contest that encouraged local builders to compete for the cleanest and most improved sites in Devon. The criteria for these awards included: Best response to the initiative Consistency in safety and waste management Reducing environmental impacts of construction After a round of voting by Devon’s Planning & Operations department, the Town is proud to present the Pristine Progress Award for most premier site in Devon to Parkwood Master Builders and the Impeccable Progress Award for most improved site in Devon to Billing Homes. “This contest was a great way to engage our local builder community and show that the Town is excited they have chosen Devon to build their homes and that we take pride in our community,” said Mayor Craddock.
